Objective: Gigable is a music discovery platform dedicated to live music. With the insurgence of emerging artists around the world and the cluttered landscape of current digital music platforms, Gigable helps music fans find their next favorite band and see them in concert.
By curating the best and brightest performers in playlist fashion, music fans can find amazing artists and purchase concert tickets. Gigable is an uncluttered service that is simple to use and enables concert-goers to find the best shows near them.
My vision for Gigable is to enable more artists to play more packed rooms and for more fans to discover new amazing music.
ProToolsTutorial.com – Pro Tools Authority Learning Site
This site was initially created as an SEO experiment. I created some content, both articles and videos and tested building traffic based on keywords.
Since 2008, this site now gets over 1000 unique visitors per month, pure SEO.
Redbox – Leading DVD-rental kiosk service
Objective: Establish Product Management team within Marketing division.
When I started the engagement with Redbox, the company was in high-growth mode and the challenge was to effectively manage priorities and resources for the consumer-facing products (kiosk, website and mobile app).
My job was to help build a roadmap and process for business case validation to bring new features to market. As the lead consultant, I helped grow the product team from 1 to 10 Product Managers. I also established a new Platform Product Team who drove the launch of the Redbox API. The platform team also developed a customer loyalty program and explored new mobile payment features.
I was also co-lead in the early development of Redbox Instant, which was the video streaming product and joint venture with Verizon.
ceap6.com – Ceap6 is the premier developer and supplier of innovative technology for the treatment of Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI) and related vascular disorders.
Objective: Launch a new brand and e-commerce website for this medical device company.
The Medusa is a new FDA-approved medical device used for treating vascular disorders. My team built a new responsive e-commerce site designed around very simple 2-click ordering features. The site allows for doctors to quickly and easily order the Medusa and accessories.
SurgicalFibers.com – Leading provider of surgical holmium laser products.
Objective: Re-launch surgicalfibers.com with an updated, more intuitive e-commerce interface.
By utilizing WooCommerce and WordPress SEO, this virtual company can now employ and more efficient user experience and simple administration.
We also trained the marketing staff on employing some basic SEO practices to improve search engine results and win more business.
Digital Graphic Solutions – Vehicle graphics and banner manufacturer.
DGS is a leading manufacturer and installer of 3M vehicle graphics. By leveraging the expertise and process of an existing technology, DGS wanted to explore launching a consumer product.
We built an e-commerce site and tested the product in several different niche markets. The results were not what was expected and the company is considering a pivot.
